EXECUTIVE |
Director of Marketing
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Establish marketing plan and budget for Casino. Develop sources and vendors for advertising,
promotions, materials, ad productions and special events. Negotiate media purchases as required,
develop materials, secure bids for production of logo items and consult with department managers
regarding marketing requirements and philosophy. Reconcile invoices with approved media
purchases to ensure appropriate payment and to submit to Supervisor for final approval. Represent
the Casino at meetings of advertising and marketing groups, tourist industry groups and related
organizations. Work with Human Resources Director to facilitate internal communications,
newsletter, employee recognition, and other employee relations projects. |
Director of Surveillance
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Directs Surveillance operations of the Casino to safeguard assets. Enforces all Surveillance Policy/Procedures as it applies to the submitted Systems of Internal Controls, and provides for training of all Surveillance staff. |
Director of Cage and Vault
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Directs and manages all areas of Cage & Vault, coin redemption, Soft Count,
Hard Count and Vault operations. |

FOOD AND BEVERAGE |
Food and Beverage Supervisor
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Supervise Food & Beverage personnel for each designated shift. Responsible for
hiring and training personnel. Provide a solid customer service base for Food and
Beverage operations, knowledge of all equipment, State and Federal safety and
health regulations as well as liquor laws. |
Cook III
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Learn and remain familiar with menu items and responsible for all food
preparations and proper timing of foods. Coordinates placing of food on steam
and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with Cook Shift
Supervisor to assured that all materials needed are in stock for the menu. Be alert,
friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness. |
Bartender /
Beverage Server
(Please note, this is one position that involves both jobs.)
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: (Bartender) Learn and remain familiar with menu and bar beverage items and pricing.
Develop and maintain proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling.
Must have working knowledge of drink preparation and back bar experience.
Must be able to comprehend basic slot machine operation and provide guest
service to gaming customers. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with
courtesy and promptness.
(Beverage Server) Provide liquid refreshment to patrons in assigned area of responsibility by passing
through Slot Department aisles, Lounge and Live Games areas with tray and
soliciting specific orders from patrons and retrieving these refreshments from the
service bar area. |
Cook I

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Responsible for general maintenance and repair of all electrical, plumbing,

needs as directed by supervisor. |

Security Officer
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned
shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and escorts armored car
personnel while at the facility. |

CAGE/VAULT |

Cage Cashier
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Accurately conduct cash, coin, chip, token transactions and redemption for gaming
customers. Prepare applicable paperwork and comply with Federal cash reporting
requirements. |
Cage & Vault Supervisor
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Oversee daily operations of Cage & Vault Department. Insures that all
policies and procedures are followed correctly. Checks incoming cashiers
and outgoing cashier’s bank. Verifies Vault inventories with the ending of
the previous inventory. Morning Supervisor responsible for verification of
Casino daily deposits. Has authorization for signing jackpot checks. Issue
beginning banks to other department employees. Directly handles all
transfers from Supervisor’s bank and Main bank. Reviews assigned
cashier’s work performance. |

TABLE GAMES |

Dealer
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conducts the game(s)
assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures
and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain
a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers.
Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State
Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information
about problems happening on your game are passed onto
your supervisor. |
Floor Supervisor
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Responsible for the direct supervision and conduct of the games on the assigned
shift according to game rules and management policy. Attend to any customer
disputes and when necessary render decisions promptly in the games. Make table
and break assignments for the dealers. May assist the Shift Supervisor in
evaluating and scheduling dealers on the shift. Maintain a high level of customer
service in all areas of the table games operation. Report any suspicious or
unordinary actions to the Shift Manager immediately. |
