EXECUTIVE

General Manager

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Fully responsible for the efficient, successful and profitable operation of all Casino facilities. Supervise all Department Managers and Directors in the performance of their functions, ensuring cooperative and goal oriented performance of the entire organization. Develops and administers annual operating budget, utilizing information and analyses provided by individual department heads. Plans, develops and/or approves Casino operating philosophy, including changes in gaming or marketing strategy, Casino configuration and facility design.

Director of Surveillance

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Directs Surveillance operations of the Casino to safeguard assets. Enforces all Surveillance Policy/Procedures as it applies to the submitted Systems of Internal Controls, and provides for training of all Surveillance staff.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

CookII

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Learn and remain familiar with menu items and responsible for all food preparations and proper timing of foods. Coordinates placing of food on steam and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with Cook Shift Supervisor to assured that all materials needed are in stock for the menu. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness.

Cook IV

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Learn and remain familiar with menu items and responsible for all food preparation and proper timing of goods. Wait/Host

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking food orders, serving meals and attending to customer needs.

Casino Beverage Server

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide liquid refreshment to patrons in assigned area of responsibility by passing through Slot Department aisles, Lounge and Live Games areas with tray and soliciting specific orders from patrons and retrieving these refreshments from the service bar area.

Lodge Manager

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assist in the management of Casino food service department. Monitor employee performance, prepare schedules, oversee menu and food preparation and insure excellent customer service.

Bartender

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Learn and remain familiar with menu and bar beverage items and pricing. Develop and maintain proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling. Must have working knowledge of drink preparation and back bar experience. Must be able to comprehend basic slot machine operation and provide guest service to gaming customers. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness.

FACILITIES

Custodial Technician

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Responsible for cleaning administrative offices, restrooms, and Casino floor. Assure gaming floor is maintained properly providing a clean environment for customers and employees. Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.

MARKETING

Player’s Club Lead

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Position is responsible for leading overseeing the gift shop/player’s club operation and stocking gift items, making sales and keeping the area clean and orderly. Assists Retail Marketing Supervisor in overseeing club hostesses’ activities, employees and the efficient operation on the club area. Aids in scheduling training, assuring good public relations, and resolving guest complaints. Maintains and disseminated information through knowledge of Casino operations and events, to respond to patron questions and needs.

VIP Guest Relations Host

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Will assist Casino Hosts and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality customers. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing Manager. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself professionally as a credit to Sac and Fox and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Initiates Friendly Greeting, Smiles and Makes Eye Contact, Demonstrates Upbeat and Positive Attitude, Checks for Satisfaction, Provides a Warm Farewell. Must keep the VIP lounge clean, stocked and manage crowd control within the room.

VIP Guest Relations Supervisor

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: To provide tactical support to Marketing Manager to gain knowledge of the customer database as it relates specifically to help with the creation, execution and ultimately evaluation of direct marketing programs. Supervisor will partner with the Marketing Department to develop an understanding of customer behavior that translates into tactical execution of direct marketing programs. While working closely with the marketing department to understand their direct marketing strategy and which brand campaigns are utilized (or should be utilized) for the strategy. Leverages existing company direct marketing segmentation tools and systems to help divide the database into appropriate customer segments (i.e., loyal versus non-loyal customers). The Supervisor will maintain a service-oriented perspective in supporting property-marketing organization. Take active responsibility for ensuring that best-demonstrated practices are identified and shared across the property. Supervising and demonstrating strong leadership qualities for all VIP Host and other employees of the casino. The Supervisor will perform general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself professionally as a credit to Sac and Fox and encourages others to do the same.

Marketing Assistant

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assists with all aspects of developing and implementing sources and vendors for advertising, promotions, materials, ad productions, and special events.

Players Club Host

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Performs public relations activities to promote the Casino by carrying out assigned activities. Greet patrons as they enter the casino.

Player Tracking Supervisor

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assists internal promotion coordination in overseeing club hostesses’ activities, employees and the efficient operation on the club area. Aids in scheduling Club Hosts, training, and counseling employees, assuring good public relations, and resolving guest complaints. Maintains and disseminated information through knowledge of Casino operations and events, to respond to patron questions and needs.

SECURITY

Security Officer

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and escorts armored car personnel while at the facility.

TABLE GAMES

Dealer

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conducts the game(s) assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers. Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information about problems happening on your game are passed onto your supervisor.

MIS

Help Desk Technician (Part Time)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Under the direction of the MIS Manager this position is responsible for providing first level technical assistance to computer users. Logging, tracking, escalating, and resolving work orders by fielding telephone calls and emails. The Help Desk Specialist is the first point of contact for technical assistance requests coming into the MIS Department. (NOTE: This is a part time/intern position)

 

FINANCE

Count Team

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Count outlet, table games, and slot machine cash drops. Responsible for performing all drop functions and reconciling/verifying all funds brought in from drop. Must be familiar and in compliance with written work procedures.

Reconciliation Clerk

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Collect and review daily paperwork and transmittal forms from Cage and Vault to determine accuracy and compliance with Internal Controls and Casino Policy & Procedure.

Indian Preferential Hiring

The Sac & Fox Casino is charged with the responsibility to provide an economic benefit to the tribal community.
