in guest service and public relations on the slot
floor. Responsible for ensuring that customers have
sufficient coin to play machines, answer general questions
about machine play, identifies and refers problems
or complaints to immediate supervisor.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Primary responsibility
is the maintenance and repair of gaming machines within
the Casino. To include, but not limited to the repair
of, hoppers, coin acceptor, switches, handles, doors,
glass, wiring and other machine parts.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Participate in assigned
on the job training to perform preventative maintenance
and Minor repair of all gaming machines and signage

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Accurately conduct cash,
coin, chip, token transactions and redemption for
gaming customers. Prepare applicable paperwork and
comply with Federal cash reporting requirements.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Responsible for providing
direction to Cage Cashiers. Accurately conduct cash,
coin, chip, token transactions and redemption for

Supervisor
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Oversee daily operations
of Cage & Vault Department. Insures that all policies
and procedures are followed correctly. Checks incoming
cashiers and outgoing cashier’s bank. Verifies Vault
inventories with the ending of the previous inventory.
Morning Supervisor responsible for verification of
Casino daily deposits. Has authorization for signing
jackpot checks. Issue beginning banks to other department
employees. Directly handles all transfers from Supervisor’s
bank and Main bank. Reviews assigned cashier’s work
performance.

Cashier
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Maintain tracking of
coin and currency for Cage & Vault transactions on
approved logs. Count and verify all cash/coin/ship/token
transactions in Vault and assist Cage & Vault Supervisor
with all Vault transactions within the department.

TABLE GAMES

Dealer
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conducts the game(s)
assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures
and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain
a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers.
Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State
Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information
about problems happening on your game are passed onto
your supervisor.

Dual Rate
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Responsible for the direct
supervision and conduct of the games on the assigned
shift according to game rules and management policy.
Attend to any customer disputes and when necessary,
render decisions promptly in the games. Make table
and break assignments for the dealers. Maintain a
high level of customer service in all areas of the
table games operation. Report any suspicious or unordinary
actions to the Shift Manager immediately.

Hard Count
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Hard Count crew is responsible for removing and collecting coin drop bucket from slot machines and transporting to Hard Count on a daily basis and rapid counting of large sums of coin while insuring the safety of funds processed. Assist in getting the coin wrapped, boxed or bagged. Must be familiar and in compliance with written work procedures. |
Soft Count
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Soft Count is responsible for removing and collecting currency acceptors from slot machines and transporting to Soft Count on a daily basis and rapid counting of large sums of currency while ensuring the safety of funds processed. Must be familiar and in compliance with written work procedures. |

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Collect and review daily paperwork and transmittal forms from Cage and Vault to
determine accuracy and compliance with Internal Controls and Casino Policy &
Procedure. |

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assists in the installation,
operation and maintenance of computer hardware, operating
systems, applications software and both data and voice
communications relating to Casino gaming that also
requires experience in the following: DOS, Windows,
systems development, or object oriented programming.
Provides technical support for CCTV, voice, data and
optical systems.
