EXECUTIVE |
|
General Manager
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Fully responsible for the efficient, successful and profitable operation of all
Casino facilities. Supervise all Department Managers and Directors in the
performance of their functions, ensuring cooperative and goal oriented
performance of the entire organization. Develops and administers annual
operating budget, utilizing information and analyses provided by individual
department heads. Plans, develops and/or approves Casino operating philosophy,
including changes in gaming or marketing strategy, Casino configuration and
facility design. |
Director of Marketing
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Establish marketing plan and budget for Casino. Develop sources and vendors for advertising,
promotions, materials, ad productions and special events. Negotiate media purchases as required,
develop materials, secure bids for production of logo items and consult with department managers
regarding marketing requirements and philosophy. Reconcile invoices with approved media
purchases to ensure appropriate payment and to submit to Supervisor for final approval. Represent
the Casino at meetings of advertising and marketing groups, tourist industry groups and related
organizations. Work with Human Resources Director to facilitate internal communications,
newsletter, employee recognition, and other employee relations projects. |

FOOD AND BEVERAGE |
Wait Person
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking food
orders, serving meals and attending to customer needs. |

FACILITIES |
Electrician Technician
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Responsible for providing direction in general maintenance and repair of all
electrical systems pertaining to the gaming facility as well as the Casino grounds.
Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor. |

MARKETING |
|
VIP Guest Relations Host
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Will assist Casino Hosts and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality
customers. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when
handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing
Manager. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and
secretarial and clerical duties as required. Acts as a role model to other employees and
always presents oneself professionally as a credit to Sac and Fox and encourages others
to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory,
departmental and company policies. Initiates Friendly Greeting, Smiles and Makes Eye
Contact, Demonstrates Upbeat and Positive Attitude, Checks for Satisfaction, Provides a
Warm Farewell. Must keep the VIP lounge clean, stocked and manage crowd control
within the room. |

Slot Attendant
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor. Responsible
for ensuring that customers have sufficient coin to play machines, answer general
questions about machine play, identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate
supervisor. |
Slot Tech Trainee
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Participate in assigned on the job training to perform preventative maintenance and
Minor repair of all gaming machines and signage within the Casino, on his/her
Assigned shift. Follows policies and procedures and direction from his/her
Supervisor. Complete the progressive access levels in the designated time periods. |

Dealer
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conducts the game(s)
assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures
and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain
a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers.
Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State
Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information
about problems happening on your game are passed onto
your supervisor. |
Poker Dealer
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Responsible for conducting operation of games by following prescribed dealing
procedures. Dealers are also responsible for assisting in the general operation of the
Poker Room. General duties, when not dealing, will consist mostly of customer service,
seating players, getting player chips and seeing to player comfort. Acquire and maintain
through knowledge of the different games and the Poker Room operation to respond to
patron questions, both general and specific. |
Dual Rate
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Responsible for the direct supervision and conduct of the games on the assigned
shift according to game rules and management policy. Attend to any customer
disputes and when necessary, render decisions promptly in the games. Make table
and break assignments for the dealers. Maintain a high level of customer service
in all areas of the table games operation. Report any suspicious or unordinary
actions to the Shift Manager immediately. |
