• Does It Cost to join the Winners Club?

  No. Membership is free to anyone over 21 years of age.

• What is a valid form of ID?

  A valid form of ID could be or include a state issued photo drivers license or state issued photo ID, military photo ID, and / or passport.

• Can I lose my Winners Club status?

  No, once you are a member of the Sac and Fox Winners Club, as long as you use your card each and every time you play, you will remain a member. Certain play levels are however required for membership in certain groups or tiers. Accounts with no activity however may be subject to inactivation. By use of your card, you are in acceptance of the Sac and Fox Casino terms and conditions of membership.

• Are benefits transferrable?

  No, benefits you receive by using your card are exclusively for your use. No part of any benefits are transferrable to another account or player.

• Are there different levels of accounts or tiers?

  Yes, depending upon your level of play, you may be eligible for an upgrade of your account offering you further benefits and rewards. Please inquire at the Winners Club or contact a Casino Host for further details.

• What may I use my points for?

  Accumulated points are redeemable for free play, meals, and /or other complimentaries subject to the then active Winners Club guidelines.

• What if I lose my card?

  No problem. Simply present your photo ID at our Winners Club and a new card will be issued.
